Every girl deserves to be at her best during that very important day in her life: her wedding day. Everything needs to be perfect; from her whole wedding ensemble down to the tiniest detail in her wedding reception. So to help all the bride-to-be’s out there, here are some tips on choosing the perfect hairstyle amidst all options out there. There are a lot of hairstyles to choose from and it should be planned extensively.

Wedding styles tip # 1: Daytime or evening wedding?

There are hairstyles that go specifically for daytime and evening activities. A day ceremony is usually considered as an informal affair so brides can wear their hair down and showcase some loose curls. Curls are perfect for a romantic look and are good for short hair with all-over curls, or a long mane with cascading curls. However, rules of wedding hairstyles change when it comes to a night time event. Thus, it is best to consult with a professional about this. Updos are always great for formal evening affairs. Updos are perfect for all weddings especially if the bride wants to showcase her shoulders and neck. They are also best known for enhancing the bride’s features as since it sweeps hair off the face. Example of classic updos that are best for day and night include the French twist, chignon, and other half-up hairstyles.

Wedding styles tip # 2: Wedding gown first, hairstyle second.

Wedding hairstyles should complement the gown. Thus, professional stylists suggest that the perfect time to plan the bride’s look is after the gown has been selected. Certain shapes and fit of gowns go with specific hairstyles. For instance, fitted gowns call for elegant and smooth hairstyles whereas flowing long gowns are better suited for softer ones. Fabrics are also helpful in determining the right hairstyle. Light fabrics will complement wispy curls and textured hair whereas heavy fabrics demand structured barrel curls or smooth hair. Notice how a chiffon wedding dress looks very beautiful when the bride wears a loose pouf in the back?

Wedding styles tip # 3: Bridal fairs, bridal flairs!

Aside from a trusted hair salon, there are a lot of other rich resources that brides can utilize to help her in her decision making process. Bridal magazines are rich sources of information. Soon to be wives can also go to bridal fairs and other wedding expos. Not only can they see various wedding hairstyles, they can also get to talk to specialists regarding key wedding elements such as gowns, flowers, entourage, reception, etc. But of course, nothing beats the advice that a personal hairstylist can give when it comes to one’s over-all look.

Final note for all the brides: bring the wedding gown when it is time to visit your stylist. If it is not possible, bring a picture and a sample fabric. Also, do not forget to schedule several appointments so it will be possible to try several looks for D-day. Finally, wear something that will resemble the neckline of the bridal gown.

2010 Hair bangs for hot

Hair bangs are very stylish right now. They can add the perfect touch to just about any hairstyle. However, one of the main problems that many people have with bangs is that they do not know how to style them. Here are some tips on how to style hairstyles with bangs.

hair-bangs

It is important to make sure that you use styling products if you want to hold your bangs in place throughout the day. Don’t be afraid to use hairstyling products such as gel, spray or mousse. Be sure to monitor how much you use or it is likely that you may cause build up to develop in your hair.

If you do not plan on using products on the rest of your hair, be careful to not go over the area of hair where your bangs end. If there is ever a day that you do not feel like wearing hair bangs, it is important to keep in mind that they can be worn back.

All that you need to do is use a headband to pull them back. If this is not your style, then you can also consider using bobby pins or a barrette to clip your hair bangs back. The main key is to remember that you do not need to wear your bangs down at all times.

Hot styling tools are great to have available on those days that you need to style your hair bangs. Using curling irons or flat irons to get your bangs to do exactly what you want is the best way to control them. Be sure to only use these tools when your hair is dry and use a protective hair serum to prevent heat damage.

Celebrity Short Hairstyles

While some people might think that short hairstyles are not the best alternative for girls and women, there still are a lot of women who say the contrary and I must admit that I think they are right. Having a short hairstyle has more advantages than disadvantages. The biggest advantage is that the short hairstyles are easy to maintain and in this world where everybody is running it is important not to waist too much time on things that aren’t crucial. You might have observed that more and more famous people get short hairstyles and there are a lot of celebrity short hairstyles that people can choose from.

The first one that I would like you to know about is the hairstyle of Carrie Underwood. At one point she had a layered hairstyle that looked soft and romantic. To get the style you should start by applying some smoothing cream and then using a blow drier dry your hair and you should do this with a paddle brush to end up with straight hair. Next get a round brush and angle the ends of the strands around the face inwards. Once you are done you should use the round brush in the back of the head as well, but in this case be sure to curl the hair outwards. To get some height you should tease the top of the head and then pull one side of the hair back. Secure the strand that you pulled back with a barrette. You should end the hairstyle with applying some hairspray to keep the strands in place.

You should also take into consideration Natalie Portman’s updo as well. You should apply some dry shampoo on unwashed hair ad in case you don’t have dry shampoo you could also use baking soda or baby powder. Rub it well and the thing you put on will absorb the oil on the hair. Next you should take a strand in the front and tease it. Once you are done bring the strand in the back and smooth over the top layer then secure it with a pin. In the back create a bun and secure the loose ends with pins. Apply some hairspray to keep the strands in place.

The last hairstyle that I am going to write about is the blow out hairstyle that Kelly Osborne had. You could steal her style by curling the dry hair around hot rollers. You should place them horizontally on the sides and the back of the head and vertically in the front. Once the rollers have cooled you should take them out and break up the curls by finger combing them. You could touch up the curls with a curling iron if it is needed. In the end apply some strong-hold hairspray.I hope that you like the celebrity short hairstyles that I have presented and that you will try at least one of them because they look very nice and they are very easy to create.
