Scene hairstyles are one of the most popular looks that can be seen. Through the hairstyles that can be created, you can use hairspray, a comb and a little imagine – combined with a lot of volume to create the popular hairstyle. First, it is important that the hair is completely straight while styling the scene hairstyle. If the hair is not straight than the style will not be perfectly “scene” or “Emo”. Through the hairstyles that are available, you can find the one that suits you – depending on the type of volume that you want within the style.

After the hair has been straightened, you will want to section the hair into a top section and into a bottom section – but use the layers within the top to create three to four spaces of layers. Take the top layers and pull them over towards the other side, giving you access to the bottom shortest layer on the top. Spray a small portion of hairspray on the hair, through the underside of the styles and then use the thin comb to back comb the hair and create the volume. Do this through the next two layers, leaving the top layer to fall over the layers that have been used to create volume.

You will do this through the bottom short layers of the hair, through the sides of the hair – as well as through the back of the hair. You can easily pull the bangs to one side to create volume as well. There are many ways that you can style the hair but one of the elements of the scene style haircuts is to create as much volume as you can within the hair.
