Guide To Styling Japanese Hairstyles
Guide To Styling Japanese Hairstyles
Japanese hairstyles are known for their defined unique looks. Often Japanese hairstyles will cover a portion of the face to create a mysterious look therefore the hair is usually straight or layered. Japanese hairstyles look great on any length of hair so find out what style will work best for your hair length.
Having a Japanese hairstyle is a great way to compliment your face shape and eyes. Japanese video games and anime have given a wide range of hairstyles to consider that not only look good on the characters but on real people as well. Here are a few Japanese hairstyles that are in style right now.
Right now medium and short hair cuts appear to be popular right now. However no matter what length you choose the key to a Japanese hairstyle is straight hair. Straight hair is an essential part of a Japanese hairstyle however wearing your hair wavy is in style now too. Cutting your hair in a bob haircut is one of the most popular Japanese hairstyles today. A bob haircut looks good on just about anyone and with face framing layers this hairstyle is a perfect Japanese style.
Another great Japanese hairstyle is medium length layered hair. Having your hair cut to just below your shoulders with face framing layers will compliment your face shape and beautiful eyes. This hairstyle can be shaped in a variety of ways. You can add waves or curls to your hair to create a soft fun look. You may want to add a few more layers and create a chunky look.
The key to a successful Japanese hairstyle is to make sure your hair is straight. If you have naturally straight hair your hairstyle can be enhanced with the use of a bit of styling product to create a nice shine. If you have curly or frizzy hair you will want to create straight hair by using a flat iron to help. Using a flat iron will help both straighten your hair but also give a nice shine as well. Be sure to use styling product to help protect your hair from the heat of the flat iron.
Japanese hairstyles are beautiful and sleek, wavy and fun. Have fun experimenting and choosing the look that is right for you.

Information about punk short hairstyles
You might know that punk hairstyles are very specific and this is why you should know that they are not for everybody. They are usually suitable for younger people who like freedom and do not really care about social conventions. For a lot of people punk means the defiance of social conformance and also the anti-thesis of fashion. These hairstyles usually are colorful and bizarre.
The punk was very popular in the 70’s and it started as a part of the music trend, and just like the music genre, in case of the hairstyles the wilder the better. Although the punk short hairstyles have been fashionable some 30 years ago, there are more and more women who choose this style. Some people thought that punk died in the 1980’s but it seems like it is here to stay.

I am going to present three of the most specific punk short hairstyles and the first one includes the spikes. The girls with short hairstyles can turn their locks into spikes. The advantage of this hairstyle is that it is of low maintenance and it adds a punk flair.
To create it you should wait a couple of days after you wash your hair and using some wax, mousse or gel in your palms and run them through the hair. Pull the roots a bit so that the hair will stand up. You might tousle the hair or squeeze it to create the spikes. To get an edgy look you might pull some strands over your eyes.
The next hairstyle is the pixie haircut. This is a super short hairstyle that is very versatile. You may leave bangs and then there are many ways to style the hair. In this case you might also use some accessories to pin it and to spice the hairstyle up. To get a pretty tousled look you should apply mousse on your hands and scrunch the hair. To get a more casual look you might simply comb the hair. If you get a pixie haircut you might also create spikes to change things a bit.

The last hairstyle that I am going to present is the Bettie bangs. There are some girls who are still too young to imitate the look of Bettie Page, but there are some ways to achieve a similar punk look without being so dramatic. Bettie has been famous for her hairstyle that involved thick, full and shiny bangs that curled downwards, towards the eyes. To get a similar style you should get a shirt hairstyle with longer bangs and then with the help of a curling iron you should curl the bangs. To finish the look you should spray the bangs with hairspray and apply a bit of shine serum.
I hope you like these hairstyles and in case you like the punk attitude I am sure that at some point you will try at least one of the hairstyle I have mentioned because they are still very cool and trendy.
