There are some women who have blue hair and I think most of them would really look nice with blue lipstick, but naturally the shade of the lipstick should match the shade of the hair, or she would look really awkward. Since there are very few blue lipstick shades, you might end up having to choose the color of your hair depending on the color of the lipstick. I know that usually things happen the other way around, but in this case, this is the only way.
